Inkurable Stampers April Entry

Hi Everyone.
Well I hope that the Easter bunny found you all safely, and filled you houses with love and chocolate. Our Easter was very quiet, but lovely nonetheless. Today I have my entry for this months challenge over at Inkurable Stampers. The challenge was to create a project using the Inkurable Stampers colours (orange, black and white) and atleast one stamp.

I bought the box from a $2 shop. The house is a Collections Elements house which is covered with Kaisercraft paper, German Scrap and gutter guard. I stamped Prima College Opus stamp around the walls. The girl on the front is a stamp from Rubber stamp Tapestry while the stamp on the side of the house is a Technique Tuesday Stamp. For the background I covered a piece of cardboard (from a coke carton) with book print. I then removed some of the top layer to reveal the corrugations underneath. I then applied a white wash of acrylic paint over the entire surface and glued this inside the box. I embellished with a Collections Elements window and bird, a twig which I painted white and some Bazzill Basics paper flowers which I applied dimensional magic drops to for dew drops.
I have never really made anything like this before, but I am a little bit hooked now lol. I hope you like it too.

Have a great week everybody.
